Cookie policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Novum Live website and how you can control them.

Your choice

Optional analytics and marketing cookies are off when you first visit. “Accept optional cookies” enables both categories and “Reject optional cookies” leaves both disabled. “Cookie settings” lets you enable either category independently. Google advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals remain disabled in every case.

We store your choice in your browser’s local storage undernovum-cookie-consent and novum-cookie-marketing. Local storage is not a cookie, but it lets us remember your separate analytics and marketing choices.

Cookies used when analytics is accepted

Analytics reports can include device and browser information, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed and website interactions. We do not send the content of enquiry forms to Google Analytics.

Marketing measurement

If you enable marketing cookies, the LinkedIn Insight Tag is loaded to help us measure campaign effectiveness and understand whether advertising contributes to a successfully delivered enquiry. LinkedIn may set or read cookies subject to its own privacy and cookie terms. Marketing consent does not enable Google Analytics unless analytics cookies are also enabled.

Essential website services

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may use strictly necessary cookies if it needs to protect the website, manage traffic or verify legitimate visitors. These cannot be switched off through our analytics control because they are used to provide and secure the service.

The website also loads fonts and content from Google and Sanity. Requests to those services may include technical information such as your IP address and browser details. The site does not currently use embedded Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube content. Following a social link takes you to that provider, whose own privacy and cookie terms then apply.

Change or withdraw your choice

Select “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to reopen the consent control. Rejecting a category after previously accepting stops future optional tracking from that category as far as technically possible. Disabling analytics also removes Google Analytics cookies that this website can access.

Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect security checks or features on some websites. Your browser’s help pages explain the available controls.
